We generate a personalised appeal letter based solely on the details you provide. You are responsible for checking the letter and submitting it to the correct authority. We do not guarantee that any appeal will be accepted or that your penalty will be cancelled.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, honest information; check all details in the generated letter; meet any deadlines for submitting your appeal; use the letter responsibly and lawfully. We are not responsible for outcomes based on incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed on the website and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Smart Appeal does not store your full card details.
Delivery of Your Letter
Your personalised letter is delivered digitally after payment. Once generated and delivered, the service is considered complete.
Refunds
Smart Appeal provides a personalised digital product. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
No Guarantee of Outcome
The outcome of your appeal depends entirely on the relevant authority (council, private parking company, TfL, etc.). We cannot guarantee success.
Intellectual Property
All content, templates and tools on the Smart Appeal website belong to us. You may use your generated letter for personal use only. You may not copy, resell or reuse our templates or system.
Liability
Smart Appeal is not liable for: any loss of opportunity; any decisions made by authorities; any results of using the generated letter. Our total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for your order.
