Refunds for Digital Products
Because each letter is personalised and delivered instantly we do not normally offer refunds. This is consistent with UK consumer law for personalised and digital content.
When a Refund May Be Considered
We may offer a refund in exceptional cases, such as a clear technical failure where the letter was not generated; duplicate payments; an obvious system error in the output that cannot be corrected.Refunds are not offered when the appeal outcome is not successful; you change your mind after purchase; the information you provided was incomplete or incorrect
